We understand plans change. This policy explains cancellations and refunds for bookings with Kalandi Adventures.
You may reschedule once, free of charge, if requested at least 7 days before your trip and subject to availability.
If we cancel due to unsafe conditions (for example, high water levels or weather), you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. (Online payments are not enabled in this version; refunds apply once online payments are introduced.)
